It is true that "there is no one without sin." I am not asking you to rat out your friends unless the conduct of those friends is ruining our community and bringing the city government and its departments and divisions in disrepute. And please know that I am not out to get the City Manager, which some of you have praised, saying that his weakness is in overseeing the several fiefdoms. I am simply taking him to task polemically because the buck stops with him due to lack of oversight of his function by the Commission; I am willing to present his side of the story as well if he chooses to speak up.
